All lesson cancellations made with more than 48 hour notice will be credited back to the EcPro account of the client. If a client would like this value refunded back to your bank card please contact Ride High Equestrian Centre via email admin@ridehighequestriancentre.co.uk within 14 days of cancellation. After which the credit can only be used to book another session and not be refunded.
If this credit is not used within 6 months of cancellation of session, the value will be voided.
EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.
Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Ride High Equestrian Centre is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
